Is it possible for someone on H4 visa status to apply for the EB1A category?

I am currently on H4EAD through my husband’s H1B Visa. I am currently employed at a startup company where I have contributed to publications, obtained a patent, and participated in evaluating the work of others. Is it possible for me to apply for a green card under the EB1A category while I am on H4 status?
