As mentioned in the title, what is the best way to qualify for an EB2 visa without Advanced Degree (Master)?
I'm not living in the US yet. But my plan is to work for an employer for 1-2 years after graduation and then transfer through them possibly with an L1B visa.
How realistic would it be to be eligible for EB2 at some point with a BS, L1B visa and 5 years of work experience?
In fact, I always read something about 5 years of work experience and on the other side something about 10 years of work experience.
I'm unsure of how exactly this should be understood or where the difference lies.
Maybe someone can enlighten me.
