Hello,
I have been a manger at company A since 2018. My company filed for my GC process through EB-2 and I have an approved I-140.
I now have an opportunity to travel outside the US with my company in a managerial position and be back to the US after a year. My current H1B is valid until 2026. Will I be able to re-enter US with my H1B and also apply for EB-1C after I am back in the same role ?
