H1B stamping and EB2 filling???????/

my wife is on H1B visa since one year....
Her employer is willing to file for her greencard on EB2.
She does not have H1 stamping.
Now my question is after filling for greencard, can she have any problem with H1B stamping?
PLz guide me??????

H1b is not linked to GC as it allows dual intent. No issues as far as impact of GC on H1b stamping.
