Employer Change after 180 days of filing I485

Hi

I have filed my I485 in Sept 2007 and my I140 got approved.In my green card process I have not added my spouse because my priority date is not current.

Can I change my employer?
and Can I add my spouse to green card process after changing employer and priority date is current?

Can you please suggest on this.

You can change to a same/similar job and use AC21. Your spouse can be added when the PD is current again. However, if she is a dependent on you, your new company should sponsor the H1b transfer and you should not use EAD.
