EB2 questions

Hi All,

I have a question and I'll put it in a scenario so that everyone can understand it easily:

Let's say my job title is IT System Administrator, current salary is 45K/year, have a master degree and the EB2 prevailing wage is 55K (at least level 2 wage). My employer files EB2 petition for me with the current job title and agree to pay me 55k/year when I get green card. However, before I get green card, I get promoted to Associate Director with 60K/year (effective immediately).

So my question is will the change in job title and job description/responsibilities disqualify my EB2 petition automatically?

Green card is for future job. Therefore, whatever job you will once you get your green card is what matters.
