EB2 Profile analysis , SAS Clinical

Hi ,

Please let me know if I qualify for EB2,

BS : Chemical Engineering -India
MS: Environmental Engineering -US
(Graduate Level Statistical analysis courses in MS)


Experience: 3 Years ( Statistical Programming) - Full-time
3 years 6 Months : Research Assistant (Environment engineering related research, which also involved statistical methods) : Part time (20 hr/week)

I am currently work for major US health care company in Statistical Programming department (SAS Clinical) and they are ready to file my GC , I have concern that they might file in EB3 as my MS degree is not in Statistics.
