spouse having masters - can i apply for EB2
Hi,
My fiance is working in the US for the past 3 year. EAD has been issued by his employer. He doesn't have a masters degree. For him to get his EB3, it will take atleast another 2-3 yrs (if I am not wrong).
I have masters degree and if I travel with him on H4 or L1 (depending on opportunity) post marriage, is there a possibility to accelerate his EB3 process, because I have Masters' degree? Please clarify. Thanks
