I need a expert advice here.
I entered USA on L1B in 2008 and went back in Nov 2008.Again I entered in May 2009 and during extension I applied for L1A conversion and L1A was approved in July 2010. I went back for stamping in Dec 2010 and returned. Now my employer is planning for GC application. Will I qualify for Eb1 in this case ? I am in managerial role since May 2009.
