Can I do GC processing with the both the companies?

Hi,

I am moving to a Full Time job and My current employer says he will file for GC(EB2) processing for "Future Employment"?
I would like to know will there be any legal issues down the line after 2years like If my New FullTime job company if they start (EB3)processing for GC?

Can I do GC processing with the both the companies?

Yes, you can do concurrent green card processing for multiple companies. Of course, you will have to work for the sponsoring employer once you get green card through them.
