Hi,
I have a job at company A and I have both H1 (based on my green card in EB3) and EAD. My wife also has an EAD thru my Green card application.
Now, I want to shift to a company B and I'm moving there so that I'll be eligible for EB2 filing.
After moving to company B,
1. I know that we can file multiple GC's. my question is, Can I file a new GC in EB2 based on my first EB3 priority date?
2. If I do that, during that process can my wife work using the existing EB3 based EAD or she cant?
