Green Card and marriage

Hi,
I am currently on a L1 visa. My company will be applying for my green card under either EB1 or Eb2 category. My girl friend is on a H1 visa. Will there be a complication to get her a green card if we are not married before my company applies for me. Is there a disadvantage if we marry after I get my green card (and she is still in US)

That is no problem.

You need to get married before your I-485 gets approved and file her I-485, either with you or after you. You have a long wait before that.
