How to add husband affter I-140?

Greetings!

I am on Eb3- I am documentarily qualified since 2008, got married last 2009 and want to add a husband as a derivative.Which way to go as not to affect or prolong my waiting time? Pd of Feb. 2006.
Anyway, i would like my husband to add as " Accompany" i Ds230.

What are the best thing to do on this scenario?

Whenever your PD becomes current you can file I-485 and add your husband at that time.

Hi Kabkaba,

Im still confuse here, I have a few questions, my case is still in NVC- case complete, now I want to add my husband as a derivative, why cant I do it now and inform NVC? and give them documets needed and pay the visa fee? some says it can affect or delay my case too, better wait pd to be current and declare husband during US embassy consulate.

What is the best thing to do in this case, as not to delay my case and not to left husband.

Hoping to hear from any experts advise.
