My EB3 priority date is 2004 Aug. And currently my company is still keeping me in H1 even though I have EAD. Looking at the way EB3 is moving, I was wondering if it's a good and safe idea to try to re-apply in EB2 category via another company? I have an MS from a US university too.
Has anyone tried this successfully? Switching from EB3 to EB2? Is it risky? How much would it cost me? Will I need to change jobs and move to the other company that is applying my EB2? Will the priority date from EB3 get transferred to EB2?
