Is there any considerable number of application reduction in eb3 because of eb2 port?

Is there any considerable number of application reduction in eb3 because of eb3 to eb2 changes ? As all of us are aware, it is waste of time waiting for green card in EB3. Most of the applicants (in 2001,2002, 2003 2004 ) are eligible for eb2 just by having enough experience from that time till now. There may be a good enough number porting it to eb2. But I dont see any sinificant jump in eb3 based on this. There are very few like me waiting in the eb3 line because i am stuck with the same company.

Is there any USCIS spread sheet or any other data available to check this.

Please advise. My PD is Nov 2002.
