Will i Qualify for EB2 category ?

Hi , i need know whether i will qualify for applying green card under EB2 , I was working with company A and after 5 years company B acquired company A and currently i am working under company B , and now i have total 8 years of experience ( company A - 5 years and company B - 3 years ). will i qualify for EB2 category for applying green card ? appreciate your reply on this
