Am i eligible to apply in EB2

Hi,

I have following experience.

1.Completed B.E (E.C.E) in 2004.
2. Worked for Company 'A' In India : May 2004 - May 2005
3. Worked for Company 'B' In India : May2005 - Dec 2005
4. Worked for Company 'C' In India : Dec 2005 - Apr 2007
5. Worked for Company 'D' In India : Apr 2007 - Oct 2008

Till Oct 2008 the I.T experience is 4.5 years.

6. Joined my current employer In USA Nov 2008 to Till Date.

Till today the total experience is 7.5 years.

Please let me know am i eligible for filing in EB2. If not why?

No.

You need at least BS + 5 but you have only BS + 4.5 years (experience with current employer is not counted.)

Additionally, it is not enough that you have the qualifications for EB2. The job also must require EB2 qualifications.
