regd PERM Process times based on region

Hello All,


I want to check whether PERM process times are also depending based on the Applications from a region. Like say applying for GC from an employer in California taking more time than applying for GC from an employer in Chicago.


Can someone suggest. If so are there any links which show the average times based on the region.
