L1 B to H1 B
What will happen to my GC(LC not approved) application filed by my current employer with whom i am working on L1B in case I transfer my L1B visa to H1B ? Can GC application be transferred to a new employer as well or it will become void ? Will my new H1B employer has to file for GC again ?
