I did my MS from US university 5 years ago and then joined company A. they filed my green card in EB3 back in 2007 (even though I was eligible for EB2).
Today I'd like to move to new company B. So -
- If I want to keep my original PD of Nov 2007 can the new compay B file in EB2 or they would have to re-file it in original category of EB3.
OR (another way of looking at this)
- if cmpany B agrees to file my GC in EB2 then can i keep my original PD of Nov 2007 ?
