EB2 to EB3
Hi,
I have done my B.Sc and joined in a company in India. I came to US in 2007. From then onwards I have been working the same company for almost 6 years. So my total exp is 8 years. But My company is saying that I am eligible only for EB3 as BS+2Years indian experience. I got promotion as Manager recently. Now my question is, Since I got promotion, am I eligible for EB2? Can I apply directly for EB2?? They have not any process yet. Please reply.
