Dear Folks,
I was working for company A and now changed to company B. Now my first employer is willing to do GC for me.They are ready to do GC, even if i don't join them in future. So, my question is, is it possible to go through all the stages and file I-485 even without being employed for the company A and then get the EAD and GREENCARD, without being employed for the company A.
Can this happen or it is mandatory to work for the employer at one of the stages of GC.
I am with the assumption it can happen as GC is based on future employment or will USCIS revoke the GC, if they come to know this???
Any response appreciated.
Best,
Thiru
