Green card process

Hi to everyone,

This is best forum I have ever seen. I am following this forum more last three years,I got all the time right suggestions from Seniors.I appreciate for your help,I just have some basic questions about GC .If any one answer this questions I would be really appreciated for your help.

1. How long PWD will take?,General waiting period?
2.After receiving PWD then employer has to advertisement or before PWD received.Could you please clarify,I am getting confused, what would be the best time to do advertisement?
3.How long PERM application process will take if you don't have any Auditing?

Please provide me the answers, Once again thanks to Seniors who is helping to thousands of people......
