Urgent help needed as my L1A Visa is expires soon

Hello Folks,

Please help me, as I need few clarifications for processing GC, as my L1A 5 yrs expires in April 2012.

1. In which category should I apply EB1 or EB2, if I am a project manager on L1A?

2. Am I eligible for processing GC now, because my L1A is going to expire in 3 1/2 months?

3. If I am not eligible what would be minimum time frame that I would start GC before my visa expires, so that I will apply for extension and request my company to start GC processing within the eligible time frame.

Limit for L1A is 7 years not 5.

Yes, I know that, but I am going to request my company to apply GC before the expiration of 5 yr validity (April 2012), so that I can escape from 2 more year L1A extension.

Can someone answer my for questions in prevoius thread ?
