I have total 8 years exp in the field and 4 years bachelor from India. I had 3.5 previous company exp before I joined present company. So I did not qualify for eb2. My labor and I140 has been approved in beginning of 2011. Now my question is how can convert from Eb3 to eb2?
1.Can I shift to some other company and file labor from beginning? I have 1 year left in 6 years of H1B
2.If my company permits me to go to canada/India for 1 year and come back here and apply in EB1 itself. I am in Team lead position now.
