Applying Green Card, Passport expiring in 1.5 yrs, any issues?

Hi,

I'll be applying green card in next couple of months, mostly category will be EB2. My passport expires in 1.5 yrs from now. So I need to get a new passport while my GC will be in process. Can there be any issues? Do I need to do anything additional?
