No last names of parents in my passport. Pls advise! #485 filing / #birth certificate

Both my old and new passports do not have last names of my parents listed in my passport. I have applied for my birth certificate towards 485 filing. If I receive the certificate with either their initials or expanded last names, would that be a problem in my 485 application? Should I get affidavits and submit along with government issued ids of my parents? Or should I apply for corrections in my passport? Pls advise. Thank you!
