I understand that to qualify for EB1 based on Multinational Executives/Manager, you need to work as a manager outside the USA for 1 year in the past 3 years. But should this 1 year be a continuous year outside the USA or can it be progressive ?
I've been in and out of US at least twice in the last 3 years and have been outside the US progressively for 1 year but not continuously - would i qualify for EB1 ?
