    L1A to Green Card EB2

    Hi,

    I am currently on a L1B visa, my visa expires next year in March, so my company plans to apply for L1A visa (COS). I would like to know what is the duration for getting a Green card under EB2 category for a person who is on L1 A Visa. That will help me decide whether i should try to persuade my company to file my GC under EB2 or EB1 category.
