I have a question regarding eligibility for EB1 GC filing.
I have done my Masters in Comps(MS) and MBA in finance here in USA. I also have 5 years of work experience in IT field, I have worked as a Lead for about 3 years. Will I be considered for filing GC in EB1 category ? What is the eligibility like ? Will my case be eligible considering two US degrees and work exp ?
