RFE on Green Card ??
At the time of filling I485 in Nov, I was on H1B visa and my wife was on Change of Status from F1 to H4. In Dec , she got approval letter for H4. As the COS for my wife and I485 was submitted in different USCIS centers, I have few questions :
1) Do i have to call USCIS regarding my wife approved H4 status?
2) Do i have to mail them copy of my wife H4 approved letter ?
3) If not done so, will i get RFE on Green Card for my wife?
Please someone kindly answer these questions.
