Is Single Source Degree must for EB2??

Hi All,

I am in need of all your expert advice in helping me get a true picture on EB2 eligibility. I have 3yrs(B.com) Bachelors degree and 2yrs Masters-MBA from Indian university along with 13yrs of workex (past 3yrs in US). US Education evaluations says that my education is equivalent to US Bachelor Degree-BBA plus One additional Year of Post-Secondary Education.

My attorney informed y'day that my education is not eligible for EB2 as I don't got "Single Source" of education equivalent to US Bachelor Degree. Is this true? If so, what are my options?

I don't think that is true. If the education evaluation people are saying that your degrees are equivalent to U.S. BS, then it is.

That BS + 5 = EB2, provided your job requires EB2 qualifications.
