Hello everyone,
My H1B expires on Oct 2012 and i have to apply for an extension. My company has started my Greencard application last year September. When i asked them about the process, the attorney said that there has been no legitemate resumes or there has been no recruitment for the job advertisement posted.
I want to change my company and i want to change only after my h1b extension is approved.
1.) Can i change my company if my PERM is approved?
2.) Suppose if my PERM is already approved, and my company has started the second stage by OCT 2012, can i change the company then?
3.) What is the second stage of Greencard and how long will it take?
4.) Suppose if my second stage is already approved by Oct 2012, can i change the company then?
