Hi,
I have started working on H1b from 10/01/2011 and valid till 09/30/2011. I have a Masters Degree in EE department from a US university. Please seem my questions below
1. Am I eligible for EB2 category GC filing?
2. If EB2 category is available for me how to determine if my GC is filed my employer in EB2 category? My employer is not good at showing any documentsy f always keeps everything secret does the receipt number tell me that my GC is applied in EB2 category??
3. What is the fees initiall for GC process. I saw 1-140 filling to be $585 not sure If I can apply I-485 also simultaneously.
