Hello, I want to file for the green card under EB-2 category. It says that one should have US equivalent bachelor's degree with five years of experience. I have 3 years of bachelor's degree plus I did 1 year of full time post-graduation advance diploma degree course from the same university. I have 10+ years of experience. I have also evaluated my degrees from ECE (educational credential evaluator) and they have sent me the report saying that my education is equivalent to US bachelor in IT. Am I eligible to file under EB-2 category? Please suggest. Thanks.
