Hi,
I am working in small size IT company. I have bachelor's degree in Information Technology engineering from india and MBA from USA.
I am working as a software developer since 2 yrs and company is ready to file my greencard. Now to use my MBA degree in small sized company (like 15 employee) , what position I should choose to file under EB2.
I also have choice of B.E + 5 yrs in worst case to file under EB2. but I wanted to see if I can go thru MBA and appropriate position in small company. Company already filed another employee as a project manager so I can't use that position I guess because its very small company and 2 project manager dosent make sense to labor dept.
kindly suggest appropriate position.
