i140 approved return to india. can i reclaim PD

Hey Guys,

I am in the midst of my GC application and just had my I140 approved. I also recently learnt that I have been admitted to IIM-Banglore and want to take up this awesome opportunity to move back to India. I would also however like to retain some of the progress I have made in the GC process.

I was wondering, if I return to India.. can I reclaim my PD at a later date with a new GC process at some time in the future.

Yes you can. Save a copy of the approved I-140.
