Urgent:EB2 help needed

Hi All,

I am having B. tech (from India) with 6 years (4 in India and 2 in US) experience. My employer has initiated GC process for me, they are saying, I am not meeting minimum salary requirement to file under EB2. I have checked USCIS site, USCIS does not say anything related to salary restriction.
i am confused, please help me, is there really any salary requirement for advance degree category for EB2?

USCIS is not responsible for telling you how much you should be making. This determination comes from Department of Labor and it is done when the employer applies for prevailing wage specific to the PERM job requirements prior to applying for PERM.

A lot of people face this issue i.e. prevailing wage comes out higher than what they actually make.
