hi all,
I got my EAD card and am waiting on the Green Card. I want to open up a service request in order to speed up the process.
I heard that when you get the operator, they try their best to not allow you to open a service request. Advice I read is to keep forcing and convincing till they open one.
I called a couple of times and they keep saying "the case is still within processing times and we cannot open a service request". I keep talking back and they repeat this sentence.
Can anyone give me some advice and some talking points to talk back to these people? What can I say to convince them?
