I am a Bachelor in Commerce (3 Years) graduate from Delhi University, India. I have 12 years of experience. My employer is filling Green Card for me. As suggested by my attorney, I got my foreign credential and experience evaluated in term of their equivalence to a US Bachelor's degree in Computer Information System from The Trust Corporation . As per The Trust Corporation I have attained "Bachelor of Science Degree with a Dual Major in Management Information Systems and Business Administration". Please suggest I am eligible for EB2 filling. Thanks....
