Hello Guys ineed your suggestion,

I am currently in my CPT and my employer was filing for my H1B.Just found out that the quota is over for 2013.The company is willing to hire me internally and apply my green card.Can the company do that without H1b.Is it possible or not.
Please let me know coz he is willing to start that process if it can happen.

What do you mean by hire internally?
