Dear Folks:
I am on the 6th yr of my H1B.I just have exactly 1 year time on H1B.
Will this time sufficient to get the LAbor and I-140 approved, if the process is started immediately.
I just have one more question. What is there is a query comes with Labor? Say if i am not able to file my I-140 within the 6th year because of the query? What will happen then? Will i have to leave out of country for a year and then comeback?
Please give in ur inputs. Help is highly appreciated.
