Changing employer in EB3

I am on EB3 and I don’t know when we will see the light. Any progress on EB3 CASES? My employer is enjoying with the same margin and doesn’t want to come down. Is there any company who can take care of my AC21 and take a min margin?

I like to hear from good and flexible companies? Guys any help is highly appreciated.
