EB1-C Greencard after L1A visa

I am in managerial position in US since 2010 and also Abroad before US entry. My company send me on L1B Visa to US in 2010, I have converted my Visa L1A in Aug 2012. Can I proceed with EB1C filing now as I am eligible ? or should I wait for some minimum duration on L1A Visa before filing EB1 GC ?
Please advise.
