Hi!..

I am a recipient of a petition from my husband F2a. Now our problem is the AOS, my husbands income does not meet the required amount in the poverty guidelines..125%. What other remedies will we do? I heard that relatives may sign for the AOS, what if we dont have relatives that will help? This is now our dilemma because friends also are hesitant. They refuse to help, thinking maybe that they will support us when we reach US... i mean financially support us.Please help!....

Any US citizen willing to sign the AOS can be a joint sponsor. If you have assets (real estate property, stocks, etc) you can include it in the AOS.
