Can LPR stay in home country for 1 year after filling I-130 petition for spouse?

Hi to all members of Immihelp.com,

I need help from members and admin in my case for immigrant visa of USA under F2A preferece category. My case and some questions are given below:

My wife (US LPR) filed I-130 petition on my behalf 8 months ago which were accepted by USCIS. Now, she is planning to come back home country and will stay with me for 1 year or 11 months. My question is that:

1- Will this 1 year or 11 months period create problems for our I-130 petition or not?
2- If yes, then for how many months she can stay with me without any trouble?
3- If no, could this period lengthen our process of getting immigrant visa (F2A) or not?

Thanks admin for replying. But in my case, my wife is dependent on her parents in USA and she does not have sufficient amount of money to sponsor me. So, there is no issue of domicile of USA for sponsoring me. My wife's uncle will sponsor me and he is eligible for that. Now, she can arrive in Pakistan to live with me for strong marital relationship for at most 11 months or at least 9 months???

She ought to apply for a re-entry permit, or travel to the US as often as she can. That way, she cannot be deemed to have abandoned her LPR status.
