I got I-797,Notice of action 13th, Jan 2010.That your case has been approved and forwarded to NVC.
How long I will have to wait more? It will be 9 years on 27th,Oct 2012.

Wow that's a long time, our date is October 2009 we were hoping not to wait 9 years. We are still under initial review, was you in initial review for 9 years?
Sorry cant answer your question, but good luck. We are going with an E2 visa now.
