Nov. 23rd, 2012 is when my cr1 expires and I have not yet filed to remove the condition. This is due to financial constrains. I had a car accident last month and we had a fire incident two months before this. All our cash had gone into fixing the house so we can get the insurance check on our name. This will help us save money. I plan on sending my petition on the 11/8/2012. Is it too late and will it be rejected? If this is the case, what can I do?
