i 130 advice and my 3 questions
Hello
my wife she is a US LPR, (Greencard Holder) (from sept 2009)
I'm in Canada as a student status but i have India Passport.
we get married and she applied for me US i130 and on my receipt the date is 02 nov 2011 and still comming Initial Review.
1:- How long it gonna take more?
2:- When she can apply for US Citizenship and how much time it takes to be Citizen for her??
3:- My visa gonna be expire next Year Aug 2013 and i left my collage too so, if i dont get us visa so i have to leave canada and have to go back INDIA?
