Question regarding affidavit

Hi there,

I have submited I-130 and I-485 for my mom.

Couple days ago I received a RFE for showing the relationship with my mother as my birth was registered later so they need a proof of my birth with my mom.

I got 2 affidavit from India from my mom 's sister and brother. Unfortunately, Affidavit does not show that they are brother and sister of my mom and doesnot have their birth date also . Though it says that the were present at my birth.

I would like to know how important is to have their (deponent) DOB and relation to my mom or do i need to get another one. which will again be an extra work for me. Please help.

Get another one which shows that they are siblings and mentions their date of birth. This is important.

I got the another and submitted the response yesterday. Lets see what is next.
